- What are your hours?
- We are open to members 24 hours a day. Our staffed hours are Mon-Fri 8-8pm and Saturday 9-12pm
- How do I get in the facility after the staffed hours?
- When you join you will be given a key fob, you will need this key fob every time you enter the facility. This not only unlocks the door but it also logs you into the computer.
- Do you have group classes?
- Yes. We have over 30 classes a week. Classes start at 5:15am and continue through the day until 8pm.
- Is the strength equipment hydraulic?
- No our equipment is pin select weighted machines
- Is there a contract?
- Yes. We offer 3,6, 12 and 24 month contracts.
- Do you have personal trainers?
- Yes we do. There is an additional cost for the trainers.
- Is there someone to show me what to do?
- Yes. We have an excellent and well qualified staff that will show you how to use the equipment safely.
- Can I cancel my membership at any time?
- You are bound by the terms of the contract which you sign.
- Is there a fee for tanning?
- No. Tanning is included with your membership as well as the sauna, massage chair and child care.
- What are the child care hours?
- Mon-Fri 8am-12pm & 4pm -8pm Saturday 9-12pm
- What is the average age of your members?
- We have members from 13 to over 70 years YOUNG!!
